Innovate the way we relate to money.

Client:
The internet banking platform of a major bank.

Request:
Produce a pipeline of innovation to be implemented over the next 5 years and bring the site to higher levels of interaction and involvement with customers and users.

Participants:
Bank customers, existing and potential users of the site, bank staff.

How:
We followed the innovation full cycle. We have defined a strategic vision, to which we called key internal and external audiences to participate in the project. Observed and documented the financial lives of individuals and arrived at a classification of attitudes about money management and about maintaining a relationship with the bank. Based on these attitudes, we developed a large internal program of idea generation. These ideas were then tested and enriched in co-design workshops with existent clients.

Results:
We were able to define and specify an ambitious plan of five functional solutions which will accompany clients throughout different states of maturity and financial complexity.
