Using more effective tools for selling financial services.

Client:
A large bank with over 7,000 employees in its commercial network.

Request:
Develop the functional concept for the intranet that will directly support business processes.

Participants:
Employees, from all functional and hierarchical positions, working in commercial branches of the bank.

How:
We assessed the current level of intranet usage both in terms of content and usability. We developed a plan of contextual interviews and observation in the workplace. Based on data collected, we developed a series of participatory workshops to reach a set of features that respond to the key needs of employees. We were able to define an interaction concept that was valued by everyone.

Results:
An intranet concept defined at strategic, functional and interactive levels.
